It takes too long for simple repair issues and they do not keep you informed of the progress. Also it takes at least a day to get an approval from the chevrolet extended warranty company. More

I’m sorry to hear you feel you had a poor experience with us. We try to get our customers taken care of as quickly as possible and value their time. We did have a computer outage that slowed us down a bit, but have since recovered. We will work on better communication with our repairs and timelines for our customers.
