Was quoted over the phone a price of $490 for the repair. When i picked up my truck the cost was $756. I would never have told them to do the repair for that amount of money. My Sales experience was great. The sales associate Nycki is this dealerships best asset. It ends there with the service department. Brand new 63,000 truck. Brought back in a second time for installation. Plates come in and I mention to the service staff that the adaptive cruise control wasn't working. Possibly I was doing something wrong. NONE of the service people had a clue to how it worked. REALLY? OK I was told to make an appointment 1 week later. Today I was in the waiting room over THREE hours. Then was told it wasn't fixed do I want to keep waiting??? NO. I was told to bring it back next week and they would TRY to get me a Loaner from ENTERPRISE? REALLY? OK I'll finish my review next week. WORST SERVICE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED after spending over 60K on a Brand New Truck. More
