I was treated with total respect and actually felt like I was working with friends instead of the usual customer/vendor relationship. I was kept informed on the status of my vehicle through text messages and phone calls. I was even called by Judy to inform me that she had moved my vehicle inside the shop since my windshield was destroyed and rain was imminent in the Bennettsville area. I HIGHLY recommend using this dealership for any and all vehicle service work! More

Took my 21 F 150 Powerboost in for warranty service on transmission. Transmission was shifting harsh and missing shifts. They kept the truck nearly two weeks and claimed to have changed the valve body con transmission. Transmission was shifting harsh and missing shifts. They kept the truck nearly two weeks and claimed to have changed the valve body controller and transmission fluid. If anything, it drives worse now than it did before. I told the service advisor - Judy about the poor service. She apologized and told me the service manager would contact me. I never got a call back. I bought an extended warranty with the truck that requires I take it to them for service. I live in Florence and it is an hour trip up there and back so not very convenient. I don't recommend anyone buy their extended warranty because if limits where you can get warranty work. More

Bennetsville Ford is one of the best places I have dealt with in a long time. My truck stopped running on Hwy 38. I called and talked to service dept at about 3:45. They had a tow truck to me within 15 mi with in a long time. My truck stopped running on Hwy 38. I called and talked to service dept at about 3:45. They had a tow truck to me within 15 minutes. Back at shop had to keep truck to work on it. Service lady helped me get Uber to get home. She went over and beyond. Since I didn’t have uber acct and it was 5:00 then. Can’t tell you how much I appreciate all the did for me. Even checked my cooler and refrigerated my insulin. I can tell you that type of service is very rare and it didn’t go unnoticed! Thank everyone there!! More
