I was dreading the process of buying a new car as a result of past experience with other dealers. We knew we were interested in a new Explorer and stopped in to see one Benson Ford had in stock. He explained that the vehicle we saw and liked on the lot was ordered for a customer and was scheduled to be picked up the next day. He offered to take my phone number and would contact me if something changed. Just as he said he would, Harry called me three days later and said the vehicle was available after all. He helped us get the vehicle we wanted and coordinated the finalization with the manager Jon. These two gentlemen worked hard to answer all our questions and create an unexpected experience.
