It was the first time I purchased a vehicle over 3 hours away. When we got there I was very nervous because of the atmosphere. All of those Bentleys, Alfa Romeo and more. After meeting Pavlo and looking at the car my wife and I felt very welcome. They gave us a price for our trade in that was very reasonable. From there we meet managers and TJ Samhouri. Tony was very friendly, polite and attentive, however he doesn't seem to have a lot of knowledge/experience with the Continental. This is my first service on the car, and a door handle was sticking and the doesn't seem to have a lot of knowledge/experience with the Continental. This is my first service on the car, and a door handle was sticking and the album display (Gracenote) on the radio is not very good. Tony was not familiar, in particular with how the radio operates. I also asked about cornering lights on the car, which he didn't know much about either. When the car was finished, he said they had to go back to Bentley to address the sticking door handle and the radio operation, but that he would be in touch. I haven't heard back on either of those, it's been about 3 weeks. Seems both should have been easily dealt with by the dealership, and needless to say, they are both still issues. Tony is a nice guy, he just needs to have more experience with these cars. More
