Don’t trust them. I bought a 2014 Chevy Silverado and found out a month later that the back brakes and rotors needed replaced which costed $800. I called their service department and left a message. Heard nothing back. Went on their website and tried to schedule a service appointment. Website doesn’t work. Contacted the salesman who sold me the truck, he said he’d have someone from the service department contact me. They never did. So, I took it to the Chevy dealership where they were happy to help me.
