I am responding to you as you have been very professional in our conversations and I KNOW that you are sincere in speaking with me. In an attempt to get this relationship back on track, you suggested that I speak to one of your managers to do some corrective work on a paint chip on the hood of my Bentley. As you may recall,this was just before Christmas and New Years so when we spoke,he said that he would call me after the holiday to schedule this work which he said the dealership did not do. I never heard from him again until I called and even then, it took some time to respond..I called Bentley of Orlando and they responed immediately. The work will be done this coming week and will cost $987.00. What else can I say? Thank you once again for your personal courtesy but these type of situations will lose you considerable revenues in the future. Very Respectfully, Bill Sussman
