This dealership is not to be trusted. Brought a jeep a yr ago from here. Experienced issues within a month of having the car. Now a year later I’m having the same issue. The worst customer service. Instead of telling me she could not find my appointment, the employee simply added us to the back of the line. I had an appointment for noon and sat in the waiting room for two hours. Turns out, they hadn't even started my software update; was told I was "next in line." Will not be back.
