Hassel free!!! Buying a new car is usually always a hassel. But not at Benzel Busch!!! I went in and ordered what I wanted. Service call turns into a new GLC After turning my GLK in for service, and waiting for our loaner auto, my wife and I went to visit our preferred sales person, Peter Poliandro. After After turning my GLK in for service, and waiting for our loaner auto, my wife and I went to visit our preferred sales person, Peter Poliandro. After our chitchat he advised that we had only 5 months left on our leased GLK. He then told us about the deletion of 5 months charges and turn in fee, if we leased a new auto. Well, Benzel-Busch now has the GLK and we have a new GLC. All thanks to Peter Poliandro. Miscommunication I had no problem with the service. The problem was that Devin called told my loaner was sold and that they wanted the car back, they would give me an I had no problem with the service. The problem was that Devin called told my loaner was sold and that they wanted the car back, they would give me another loaner. I requested that he contact Chris Iseman since Chris said it would be ready yesterday morning. Devin then called me back and told me that me car would not be ready for a few days. So they sending a driver to pick up the loaner and give me a new loaner. I then called service and spoke with one of the front desk people. I left a message for Chris and he called me back in a few minutes to tell me my call was ready. He did not talk to Devin. If I was give the correct info I could have the down to you 15 or 20 minutes as it turns out it was closed 60 to 90 minutes. More
