I always thought of Benz to be bit pricey for my budget and never imagined to buy my very own. So instead always settled for Jap-imports. Frustrated, I put in a request on the internet through edmunds.com David got back to me the same day within hours of an internet request and put together a proposal for me that I couldn't refuse. The deal was for me to turn my S550 in early by 3 months without any penalties nor payments and for me to get into another S550 paying hundreds of dollars less than what I was currently paying. Special thanks to Salvino for being a gentleman as well on the phone, clearly explaining the loyalty program. Since I've had several bad experiences buying cars, I was hesitant, almost paranoid, at first to make any final decisions or to agree with anything I didn't fully understand. Dave put me at ease by having all the answers I needed, communicating them very clearly with me, and never making me feel rushed in making decisions. From the time I walked in the door to now, the process has been very transparent and I have always felt like I was in control. Definitely recommended, I will be back again. More

Finally I met the honest and nicest sales person whose name is David Hong in Benzel-Busch Merceide-Benz. By my past experience, I think NAME of DEALER is not important. My experience in purchasing a new Mercedez coupe was outstanding. The overall experience in working with this particular dealership was much different than my previous experiences Ive had with our oth outstanding. The overall experience in working with this particular dealership was much different than my previous experiences Ive had with our other "higher end" dealerships such as BMW, Infiniti, and Lexus in the north east area. Specifically, the internet sales associate David Hong was extremely helpful. From the initial touchpoint from start to end. From the first response to my inquiry to the final delivery of the vehicle, he thoroughly guided the process so that I understood all the purchase options I had with the Mercedes lineup. He was very helpful in not pushing on things I didnt want. He made the overall shopping experience pleasant and I felt that he and the dealership were there for my needs to in terms of product knowledge and overall fair pricing. The service exceeded my expectations, and I can now understand why Benzel Busch dealership has the reputation it does in the New York/New Jersey metro area. Horrible Experience I just wanted to bring to your Horrible Experience I just wanted to bring to your attention how one of your dealers Benzel Bush located in serves it s customers I bought a dem Horrible Experience I just wanted to bring to your attention how one of your dealers Benzel Bush located in serves it s customers I bought a demo GLK 350 from them and every step seems to be a challenge, while the deal was being finalized i was told the car will be certified and will carry additional warranty of 1 year and 50k miles, however at the time of purchase they told me Mercedes Benz has denied the additional warranty and they cannot certify it not sure if this was a trick to get new customers. I accepted this and continued with the purchase with the original price decided thinking its quite possible. At the time of delivery they told me that the car's second key is not available?????? and they will overnight it to me next day which surprising they did, not sure if they had misplaced the key? or what ? The car was delivered with a temporary registration tag there was no follow up call for the next 25 days, i called the dealership to find out about my registration details, to my surprise the registration was not forwarded to DMV, i spoke to the sales rep and he said he will get the plates and send it out to me, i received the plates and registration card valid for one year as suppose to 4 years the dealer told me i will be getting a 4 year registration card and charged me for 4 years of fees i believe this wasn't the first car the dealer sold?, i tried to contact the sales man and finally after repeated calls i was able to get a refund after 2 weeks, till the time i was a prospect the salesman was really prompt with him response on emails and phone but as soon as the car sold the sales man disappeared and was hard to reach. I really had a frustrating and terrible experience buying my first Mercedes unlike the truly world class treatment received from BMW i never had to call for anything ever in the last 4 years even after trade when i canceled my GAP insurance the BMW dealer automatically sent me the refunds without even reminding them once. If i ever knew i had to go through such an experience buying Mercedes, i wouldn't have thinked twice and would have sticked to the excellent BMW experience and would have bought a new BMW instead. The car was financed through Mercedes Benz financial and its almost 4 months i don't have an account set up when i call MBF customer care they ask me to contact the dealer and when i contact the dealer they say all the required documents have been sent not sure where exactly is the glitch I am sure delaers of other lower class cars are treated better unlike Benzel Busch. Based on my experience i will never recommend buying Mercedes from Benzel Busch to anyone. More

I will never go with a Mercedes Benz again after all the crazy fees and xxxxxx of maintance costs. Over $500 for a service where they just change the brake fluid and oil change. $600 plus tax and finance fe crazy fees and xxxxxx of maintance costs. Over $500 for a service where they just change the brake fluid and oil change. $600 plus tax and finance fees that comes out to $650, where as every other company charges anywhere from 150-300 with no tax. This company will make you bend over backwards. Nevermind I had to spend over 1500 in fixing tires and rims due bad manufacturing that they take no blame for. More
