Clear, concise answers and explanations -- I hate it when the sales guy are ambiguous with answers or worst they make it up and pretend they know more than they do. Don't expect them to know everything -- better to say "don't know but can find out". Not only was Michael's quote the best but he was on the ball with preparing the paperwork in advance, including getting insurance for the new vehicle so I didn't have to waste time. Went in to pick up the car a few days later. Took about 10 minutes to sign the papers. Was prepared not to buy the add ons but Deej was good. Not too pushy (although they're suppose to sell, that's their job). Ended up getting the lease end excess wear and tear coverage. Who knows if it'll end up being a good thing but at least it's eliminate 99% of the lease end excess wear and tear $ anxiety. Both Mike and Deej were excellent -- professional, friendly, not pushy, prepared. Combinations hard to find at car dealers. More
