Scott Bateman went above and beyond to straighten out issues with my tire & wheel insurance. It was a frustrating situation caused by mistake of the dealership that I leased my GLE350 from. I purchased complete tire & wheel coverage, but it was not being honored and I was told that only part of the cost would be covered. It took Scott many phone calls and waiting to have it all straightened out - he was polite, professional and efficient throughout the whole frustrating ordeal. I felt very well taken care of!
