I’m extremely upset with this dealership. To make a long story short, I scheduled a remote service since I’ve been working from home during the pandemic and I usually have two card holders in my car door po story short, I scheduled a remote service since I’ve been working from home during the pandemic and I usually have two card holders in my car door pocket, one for my main cards of use and IDs and another one with my less frequently used cards, etc. I expect a dealership that sells luxury vehicles to be safe so I left one of the card holders there. Upon the vehicles return, I noticed that all the cards from that card holder were removed and left there alone. The card holder that has presumably been stolen was a gift and it was a Goyard card holder that I’ve found for no less than about $350 on the internet even in used condition. I spoke with the dealership and requested they investigate and they did not get back to me, I had to reach out after a week or so of no word from them. I then get offered a complimentary detailing worth $195 which I don’t feel is sufficient to cover the loss of a gifted item that is worth almost double that amount. This issue got escalated to another manager who called me and told me they are not liable, do not have a theft problem and that not even the detailing is on the table. He told me to file a police report. This dealership is taking no steps to make me happy as a customer and has made me feel like I don’t own a luxury car and would need to nickel and dine them when even the service was covered since I opted in for the service plan which is an additional monthly charge. I feel that they swept me under the rug by telling me to file a police report which will most likely lead to nothing for me. This is not the service I expected from a luxury dealership especially on my first service. More
