Disappointed with the Warranty I am a repeat Benzel Busch customer and am currently on my fourth lease with the dealership. My experience with the Sales and Service Departments have always been pleasant. During my last visit, I was assisted by Marco Jovanovic who was very professional and easy to deal with. I expressed concern over issues with my front passenger tire. Mr. Jovanovic promptly provided me a loaner vehicle and advised me he would have a technician examine the tire. Mr. Jovanovic contacted me a day later and advised me the tire appeared to have excessive wear, consistent with the tire being unbalanced. I was surprised as I brought the same vehicle in several months prior, for the same issue and was told the same tire needed to be balanced. I was under the impression that Benzel Busch would have completed the service for me. I met with Frank Armando during the first visit. Not wanting to risk my safety, I ended up purchasing two new tires, as recommended by Mr. Jovanovic, for a 2018 GLC300 with approximately 11,000 miles. The vehicle is rarely driven and in excellent condition. I really believe I had a faulty tire, no longer covered by warranty, and was forced to purchase two new tires. I had a similar issue with BMW and the Paul Miller dealership was quick to take responsibility of the issue. More

The BB employees do recognize the customer by name, listen attentively to the complaints and give the correct answers particularly about cost and timing of the required work. As a 25 year customer of BB in Englewood and owner of a Maybach I recommend this dealership and the DB cars the offer. More

Due to the accident resulting in flat rear-tire, it was easy to contact BB front desk, Tim T would respond promptly to my VM. To change the tire, it did take 2 days to order since it was not in stock (recommendation to all to call in advance make sure the tire is in stock - I have AMG vehicle therefore it was a special order) It did take at hour as it was promised for my service, even offered to wash the vehicle after. Great Service ! More
