I've been a customer of Benze Busch for several years and recently purchased an Audi from them, in addition to my GL-450. While my experience up until now was truly outstanding - significantly better than my recently purchased an Audi from them, in addition to my GL-450. While my experience up until now was truly outstanding - significantly better than my Lexus and Range Rover experience - I was disappointed with the recent handling of my loaner car request. The last time I had body work done at BB I was provided a loaner car as long as I didn't go through insurance. The concern with insurance, which I understand, is that the resolution time can be long. So last week, as I had previously done, I scheduled an appointment through Robert Bruce, who again stated that a loaner is not usually provided if I go through my insurance to cover collision damage. I assured him that I would pay for the work out of my own pocket, but was still denied a loaner. Given BB concern for the customer service,and given that I am a repeat customer for all service and body work, this was a disappointing response. Ultimately, I canceled the appointment and am trying to eithe rcoordiante a ride with a friend or drop car off at a local repair shop that does proved a loaner. More
I had head light issues...Frank & I arranged a meeting place we exchanged cars(he brought me a loaner). The next day head lights were fixed. I have leased three new Mercedes automobiles from Benzel-Busch(a 500 series sedan, a CL 55 coupe and a CL 550 coupe). Joe Herman, the Sales Mgr.and Anthony Petrosino, my Sales Consultant could not ha Benzel-Busch(a 500 series sedan, a CL 55 coupe and a CL 550 coupe). Joe Herman, the Sales Mgr.and Anthony Petrosino, my Sales Consultant could not have been more helpful. knowledgeable, and friendly. Their assistance enabled me, on each occasion,to create enhancements to my vehicles that added to their attractiveness and performance immeasurably. After having owned or leased four BMW Seven series automobiles prior to my last three Mercedes', I can attest to the fact that Benzel-Busch stands head and shoulders above their N.Y. BMW competitor in the Sales area. As impressive as the aforementioned gentlemen have been re sales and leasing, Mr. David Tangen, my Service Consultant, has raised the bar beyond the "A+" level. His sense of customer service should serve as a model for anyone who interfaces with the public. His overall demeanor doesn't just indicate an interest in providing you with the best possible service and determining how problems can be solved...his actions let you know that he will not let your automobile go out of the Benzel-Busch premises until all is absolutely shipshape. In the nine years that I've known Mr. Tangen I've never once, despite the myriad special requests he's been saddled with, seen him anything but extraordinarily courteous and friendly.A promised time of delivery is unfailingly met. A home pickup in metronomically prompt. His professionalism in the service area is a major reason that I have returned to Benzel-Busch over the years to acquire new vehicles. More

I brought my C300 in for major sevice B on 2/5/11 and picked up a nice loaner car to use for the day. I was greeted in the service drive by Ven who is always very helpful. I will never go with a Mercedes Benz again after all the crazy fees and xxxxxx of maintance costs. Over $500 for a service where they just change the brake fluid and oil change. $600 plus tax and finance fe crazy fees and xxxxxx of maintance costs. Over $500 for a service where they just change the brake fluid and oil change. $600 plus tax and finance fees that comes out to $650, where as every other company charges anywhere from 150-300 with no tax. This company will make you bend over backwards. Nevermind I had to spend over 1500 in fixing tires and rims due bad manufacturing that they take no blame for. More
