I have been lied to, had my calls and emails repeatedly ignored and been treated as an annoyance and not a customer. My wife went in at 11:00am and felt an attitude from the personnel because they had her down for a 9:00am appt. Yesterday was another first class experience at Benzek-Busch. Scott Bateman knew of a recall on my GLE so he booked my visit immediately when I called about the notice. The repair was completed in a short time, then the GLE car got a multi-point inspection and a wash and vacuum, all without charge. The loaner was a brand new 300C and enjoyable, also no charge. More
