False advertising about service. Dealership advertises that the A service will be completed in 45 minutes or less from when you bring your vehicle in. Brought Car in for a regular maintenance on a Thursday, didn't get car back till Tuesday due to detailing not having enough people . Called to inquire if car was ready on Friday, was told they would reach didn't get car back till Tuesday due to detailing not having enough people . Called to inquire if car was ready on Friday, was told they would reach back out to me, called an hour and 1/2 later to find out it won't be ready till Monday. I show up on Monday at 2 O'clock, car still is not ready, nor did anyone contact me, and was told they cant get through to detail dept. Well finally received a call Tuesday morning, car was ready. Detail came out nice. Not the worst part. Was promised they would help on a repair due to not get car back soon enough, some sensor popped out, $350 later, I received bill with no discount, paid for an extended maintenance contract which was never given to me when I picked up the car and I was promised it would be emailed to me. Still waiting, seems to be the norm, may not be back to this dealership, not the first time regular maintenance takes days. More
