Jeremy was very helpful. He had handled my last lease also. I was helped very well by Jeremy. It took a while to get the paperwork done. I love the Trax car. Great service, just a suggestion. Service was great! My guys Keegan and Clayton were polite and got the job done! The computer girl however in my opinion could have been more "happy", Service was great! My guys Keegan and Clayton were polite and got the job done! The computer girl however in my opinion could have been more "happy", she was polite, but not "happy" and she waited til the guys were all done before she even started the paperwork. The paperwork included a rebate form which she politely completed for me but she did this all while I sat there waiting. It could have been done while the job was being done. She found time during my oil change to clean her desk and throw some bottles out, just not my paperwork. Just a suggestion - they complete it ASAP and complete with customer when job is completed. Great Staff and Service I was impressed that when I arrived at my appointment time, for an oil change and tire rotation, I got right in.
