sway bar I made an appointment for a clunking noise. Told them to check the sway bar because that broke before and it was the same noise. Right away it was making the same noise so I took it back in and the sway bar was broken. I therefore, had to pay 2 $100 deductibles. If they would have checked it the 1st time I brought it in, I would not have had to come back. Waste 2 more days of my time and an extra $100. It was good service. Jonathan was great. The woman who set me up with the rental car was annoyed with me and I asked her would my car be given back to me with the same amo Jonathan was great. The woman who set me up with the rental car was annoyed with me and I asked her would my car be given back to me with the same amount of gas I left it with seeing as how I had to return the rental with a full gas tank. She said it would and I assumed it would too as I was having a sunroof fixed yet for some reason my car came back with a quarter of a tank less??? No big deal but unsure how that happened. She didn't have to say anything rude, her body language and lack of comment to mine were obvious that she was annoyed. More
