When I showed up today Brian was ready with the 3 choices I had narrowed it down to. After test driving the vehicles and talking with Ashley we knew what we were choosing. He was easy to negotiate with and we were able to come to a great deal for us. Berger is a step above the rest, many dealers are taking advantage of the car shortage to extort customers with huge mark ups. Berger isn't doing that! They have continue to operate with the honor and integrity you would expect from a 97yr old local family owned dealership. It really is "Always Better At Berger". It's a place where customers are friends and family. It's evident that these people care about you as a person and not just a sale. I was greeted with smiles and friendly attitudes everywhere I went in the dealership. I get the sense that the employees at every level of this dealership care. Plus it's hard to miss all the awards and community involvement when you walk the dealership. During the process I was greeted by management, General Manager, Finance manager, and Sales Manager just to thank me for my return business even though most weren't involved with my actual car deal. I go to Berger because I leave feeling like I visited with close friends. No pressure and employees that take pride in what they do. 5 Stars because they won't let me rate them higher. He helped me pick an affordable coverage plan for my car. I went $15 over budget, but I was happy with the overall experience. They weren't sharks trying to take my money. They genuinely wanted to make sure I chose the right car and coverage for my first big car purchase. More

The way we had to negotiate back and forth between the middle man/head boss especially over $250, then walk away only to be called back right away to ageee to our price was annoying. Then we asked for the car to be cleaned, fluids filled, and an estimate on body damage was all ignored or shoved off. Then the cost to us was to include all fees which was untrue. We were charged at delivery and Nick did not get us a temporary plate, plus he forgot our extra key... just frustrating... the worst part was the grammar in emails and text... sorry More

Exceeds expectations! I went into Berger expecting to get a used car! I didn’t even consider a new car/lease thinking that it would be out of my price range! Nick was super I went into Berger expecting to get a used car! I didn’t even consider a new car/lease thinking that it would be out of my price range! Nick was super straight forward with me the entire time, gave his advice and suggestions but never once pushy! I kept him there well past their business hours but he never rushed me and never made me feel like an inconvenience. He even took the time to set up my blue tooth, on star and showed me how my CarPlay worked! I had gone to other dealerships prior to going to Berger and left feeling super discouraged and stuck in my vehicle. With all of nicks help I was able to get into a vehicle that I love and can comfortably afford! I will definitely recommend everyone I know to see nick at Berger for their next car purchase! More
