Being a twenty something I had a few dealers treat me pretty poorly on 28th street in Grand Rapids, Michigan. But not Dick Jacques at Berger. He fought for me for the best possible price and got me the best value on my trade in. The whole Berger family really stepped up. When working with Mr. Jacques you feel as if he is working for you directly not the dealership. He also Keeps communications open even in his personal hours which really showed his devotion to the consumer and not the $$$. In the next years to come I know exactly whom I'll be buying my cars from. Not only am I very happy with my purchase and service I also feel as if I did a transaction with a friend, making the buying process all the better. The way buying a new car should be. The Bad: I thought my car was running "funny" and overheating during a very hot & humid day. The Good: I was 2 blocks away from Berger when this happened. Brandon immediately stopped mid-sentence and turned to ask how he could help me. i explained the problem, he gave me his initial "here's what i think" response, and then sat down at the computer to check the manufacturer's info, which proved he was right in his assessment. Brandon was courteous, succinct, and very personable in his treatment of me and in dealing with my car's problem. No one likes to experience a mechanical malfunction, especially in 90 degree weather at 5 p.m. on 28th Street. I can only say if it happens to you, I hope you're fortunate enough to be handled as well as i was by Brandon. More

Kairee is the best Salesperson I have ever had. She called us to check how things were going with the vehicle we leased about one year ago. We told her that we were very unhappy with the milage that we called us to check how things were going with the vehicle we leased about one year ago. Long story short a couple hours later we left with a year newer vehicle with a new lease, paying the same monthly payment and we are very happy now.
