New truck purchase review @ Berger Chevrolet I had a great buying experience at Berger Chevrolet with Mike Nelson and Greg Naki. I pulled into the far truck lot looking at new trucks and it appea I had a great buying experience at Berger Chevrolet with Mike Nelson and Greg Naki. I pulled into the far truck lot looking at new trucks and it appeared that no one was in the area. Then out of nowhere within seconds of me parking Mike materialized out of thin air ready to make a sale happen. We worked out a good deal for my truck trade and Mike had everything ready for me when it became time for delivery. Greg Naki was also great to work with for the financial process details. Mike has also been very helpful even after the sale was complete to take care of some minor details. I'll definitely keep Berger at the top of my list for future truck sales. More

Repeat work that should have been looked at bettor the first Had my wife bring in the car because a headlight was off again. Only on for a little over a year BUT since it went out so soon they looked at the co Had my wife bring in the car because a headlight was off again. Only on for a little over a year BUT since it went out so soon they looked at the connectors and found out they was an issue. Only charged me for labor. $151.00 to change a light bulb they had already changed not too long ago but overlooked the issues with the connector. What a bargain :( More

To include: three deals, and 5 trade appraisals at the five local Michigan dealers in the Birch Run, Flint, and Sterling Heights areas. The experience with Doug Schrader, the general sales manager, and Brandi Gee, sales professioanal, at Berger Chevrolet, as well as, Business Manger with Jace George was with zero railings of the blood pressure. Berger Chevrolet is a two hour drive for me, one way! For examples of calm interactions with the Berger Chevrolet personnel: no lies, no tricks, and no monkeying around with divergent bullPOOP stories. In fact, the basis of a good deal was held during the entire process; that root being defined as: clear, accurate, and concise communication. This was a first for me at a Chevrolet dealership in Michigan. Doug adhered to his advertisements on the website, which was also a first. Thank you for offering a relationship with GM Financial as well, Doug Schrader, as I think this will make for many more purchases from your high volume dealership. Thank you again to the extreme courtesy of my professional sales representative Brandi Gee when referring to my military service during our meet and greeting conversation, by simply asking, "Do you miss it" versus a series of invasive questions of what I did, where I was at, how many people I killed etc... as obviously 100 percent SCDV Veterans don't want to talk about that ever! THE VERY BEST EXPERIENCE EVER BUYING A NEW TRUCK WHERE I HAD NOT A SINGLE SPUR OF ANGER DUE TO MY DISABILITIES. THEY LOOKED ME IN THE EYE SO I COULD READ LIPS AND NEVER MISSED A WORD. I HAVE HAD FIVE CALLS NOW FROM OTHER DEALERS TRYING TO SELL A CAR BACKWARDS, AS IN THE NEXT WEEK. I AM EXTREMELY APPRECIATIVE OF MR. SCHRADER OFFERING A RELATIONSHIP WITH GM FINANCIAL, AS THIS IS HUGE FOR MY CONTINUING THE RELATIONSHIP AT BERGER CHEVROLET. THIS TEAM WAS VERY BUSY AND STILL TREATED ME WITH RESPECT AND DIGNITY. More

If you like scheduled meetings being cancelled with no notification until you show up, Berger is for you. If you like your pricing to change as much as our Michigan weather, Berger is for you. This dealership was an unbelievably bad experience that caused me a great deal of stress and loss of time and money. Do yourself a favor and start your search for a vehicle or service with a different dealer that will actually want to earn your business and treat you fairly. Still thinking about using Berger? At a minimum, ask around for references. In the short period of time relaying my experience to others, people are coming out of the woodwork with bad experiences from Berger. Sounds like they make it their business in screwing over thier clients. More
