Oil change & tire alignment the dealership was wonderful and gave me a call when it was time for me to get an oil change and tire alignment. I was quoted a price over the phone, the dealership was wonderful and gave me a call when it was time for me to get an oil change and tire alignment. I was quoted a price over the phone, but that price was half of what I was charged in total for the services rendered. I understand it is necessary to get the required maintenance for my vehicle, I was very dissatisfied with the fact that I was given an incorrect price for the services needed. More

Service dissatisfaction When i came to pick up my vehicle. I was on my lunch hour. I was second in line. I was asked to wait in waiting area.
