Too expensive I brought my car in after the check engine light came on. I was told it was the Catalytic Converter and it would cost almost $2000 since that part was I brought my car in after the check engine light came on. I was told it was the Catalytic Converter and it would cost almost $2000 since that part wasn’t under warranty. After calling a trusted mechanic he told me it would cost $800 installed and then said unless the car wasn’t functioning properly I didn’t even need it replaced yet. I know dealerships cost more but that is absurd and the fact that I had to pay $114 just to get it inspected to see what’s wrong is crazy. The man I worked with however was friendly and kind. But the prices will keep me from coming back. More

Oil change, tire rotation, 5 pt inspection I usually go to valvoline to get my oil changed.its roughly 55 to 60$ but with coupon around 45. I got a call from berger telling me that i could come I usually go to valvoline to get my oil changed.its roughly 55 to 60$ but with coupon around 45. I got a call from berger telling me that i could come in and get an oil change, rotation and inspection for 60. I figured that was a good deal and made the appointment. While everything seemed to go smoothly and i am happy with the work done, the wait was ridiculous. I usually spend 10 minutes at valvoline but understood itd be longer due to the extra stuff. They told me an hr to hr and a half. My appointment was at 3 and i didnt leave till 520, 530. While i liked the services, i just dont have that kind kf time to spare. I think next time ill just stick to valvoline unless i have a couple hours to lose. More
