I've had to visit your body shop way tooo many times. Looked like new when I picked it up. Service Department also went out of their way to complete some warranty work at minimum inconvenience to me. I brought my car in for an oil change and had a small problem afterwords with a low oil light coming on. I called and was asked to bring my car back in but could not because I was at work. I told the guy who answered the phone that I would try to bring it back after work and hung up. Rich Carlson went out of his way and called me when I did not even leave my name or number to find out what my call was about. He came out to where I was located to try and fix the issue and when that was not possible took it back to Berger for repair. With in a few hours it was fixed and brought back to me. What an amazing employee you have and a great experience. Thanks Rich, I will be bringing my car back for future repairs. More
Rob Regenold always provides excellent customer service in the Service Department. He is very professional, helpful, thorough and friendly. He always delivers. I thought the dreadful sounds coming from underneath my 2007 Suburban this week were the sounds of the vehicle's end-days. The vehicle was taken into Berger on a AAA flatbed. I had not had a single problem with this vehicle in the 3 years I've owned it and Rob has overseen its care. Rob was booked solid in the service department that day but said he would try to get it looked at as soon as possible to give me an idea of what we were looking at in repair costs. Story shortened: It was not nearly as bad as I had expected. Rob, bless his heart, never speaks down to me, a 60 year old woman, when I believe he is well aware that I do not have much car knowledge. We were treated well by everyone at Berger. The Body Shop staff were accomodating for my daughter's college schedule and needs. The quality of the work product in the Body Shop is very good. Last week I stopped in for a tail light issue and airbag sensor light that was on with no appointment. It was near the end of the day so Brandon quickly (with the help of Eric I believe) installed a new ta sensor light that was on with no appointment. It was near the end of the day so Brandon quickly (with the help of Eric I believe) installed a new tail light at no charge to get me on my way. Brandon mentioned that the air bag sensor could be taken care of with no appointment when it fit into my schedule. I am here now and they have done an excellent job keeping their promise...appointment not necessary!! That works best for my schedule as I drive nearly 1000 miles every week and have a hard time scheduling something like this. It's refreshing to go to a dealership for service that truly wants to take care of your issue NOW. WAY TO GO BERGER, I WILL BE BACK! More
