We have spoken with the GM and sent counless texts to Craig that were never returned. It takes months to get parts because you use old parts on a new vehicle. I should have known after my wife had to put on her own plate after buying a 62k Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland High Altitude Hemi. Cars are always returned dirty and it takes weeks to get an appointment. My car literally sat in your lot for 2.5 months only to receive a used Uconnect that wasn't even updated until months later after my wife noticed the safety front and rear collision alerts did not work. After 5k miles, the Uconnect went out and suspension. Then the leather dash bubbled up and was replaced with a used, damaged one. Now waiting for a new one from Chrysler. We have spoken "privately" and you have access to see my dozens of unanswered texts. This is my 3rd Upper level Grand Cherokee lease which always comes back in pristine condition with low miles. This lease is up in 3 months with 13k miles and again...pristine. Thats 2 sales you could've had. Have never once heard from Mario otther than the time we called him 6 months ago w/5k miles wanting to trade for a new one and he told us, "you are 10k upside down?" Wow.
