Extreme lack of communication. My 2018 Jeep Overland has been in the repair shop for almost a total of 3 months in combined repairs. It takes months for USED parts to come in. First time returned there was been in the repair shop for almost a total of 3 months in combined repairs. It takes months for USED parts to come in. First time returned there was damage to vehicle after sitting in their lot for 2.5 months while I made 1000.00 dollar payments w/insurance. 2nd time we received a used Uconnect system that never worked properly and recently had our dash replaced and it looked horrible. They agreed, but told us it will take a long time to get a replacement part. This is a top of the line Jeep with 5k miles on it the firsr time and still only 13k now. I would not use this dealership again. This was even after the GM was involved. smh. More
