At every interaction, I had gotten MORE than expected. Mark has always gone far beyond his word and managed everything perfectly. Jeep was in for service on Friday for ‘stalling on cold starts when placed in reverse’ and check engine light on. Was told code was ‘engine misfire’ but found nothing. When checked in Monday they had no idea why I was there… had no record of my appointments. It’s Tuesday evening and haven’t heard from the service department. I never give bad reviews to any business, service here is usually excellent, but this is totally unacceptable. More
