Poor communication Dropped my vehicle off f on a Saturday afternoon no appointment, Joe Allen wrote the vehicle up said he would work it into the schedule. Called Thursday for a update was put into voice mail, left message for Joe Allen still no return phone call. Friday morning called Joe Allen again, was put into voice mail again still no return phone call. Monday morning week later called Joe Allen was put into voice mail again, left 4th message looking for a update, still no return phone call. Tuesday received call form another service advisor that vehicle was finished. More
