He gave me the information I needed to make my decision as to which model I wanted, but did not pressure me; and when my car arrived yesterday spent lots of time showing me where everything was located--it was different from the 2017 and was more than willing to re-explain if I needed something a second time. I was very impressed with the entire process. I would definitely recommend Wyoming Valley VW to my family or friends. More
