problem on tire not fixed. We went in with a problem in a tire with vibration, unbalanced or something. The tire was rotated to the front and now is dangerous to drive the vehic We went in with a problem in a tire with vibration, unbalanced or something. The tire was rotated to the front and now is dangerous to drive the vehicle because it vibrates the steering wheel. They tried to pass it off as a recall on the jeep, but the jeep dealer has no such recall listed. Not only was the tire not fixed, but now I really cant even drive the vehicle because it jumps around at a higher speeds. I called the service department before they closed on friday and no one called me back (although the message says they will call us right back!) Saturday no call, Monday no call, and now Tuesday no call!! Horrible! They know on my message exactly what it's doing and that it isnt safe to drive on a highway!!! We had to try and get another mechanic to look at this to fixed it for us today. I travel every weekend for 2 travel ice hockey players. I need this vehicle! More

I gave the rating I did because Wyoming Valley Motors, and my Sales Rep and Audi Brand Specialist, Sean Odea, went above and beyond to put me in a veh I gave the rating I did because Wyoming Valley Motors, and my Sales Rep and Audi Brand Specialist, Sean Odea, went above and beyond to put me in a vehicle. Where other dealerships had given up, they kept fighting and working to figure out a solution to meet my needs. As a result, I got more than I could have dreamed for! They got me in a brand new 2019 VW Jetta where other dealerships failed to even get me a used car. They were friendly, patient, kind, and accommodating, just to name a few. I will bring all my future businesses here and I will recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. More
