Car was in for service for 22 days. I took my car in, with a scheduled appointment, for an airbag recall and a main seal replacement. When I dropped the car they failed to tell me they w I took my car in, with a scheduled appointment, for an airbag recall and a main seal replacement. When I dropped the car they failed to tell me they were over 2 weeks behind. Why did they take the car in and not say a word to me that they were that far behind?? Three weeks later I got a call that the car was done and road tested. When I picked up the car, I immediately noticed that the back of the steering wheel rubbed the steering column. It took them 2 more days to diagnose and fix the problem.This was the first and last experience with this dealership. I will drive 1 hr. to the next closest dealership in Allentown for my next service. More

When I had a problem with a defective part that they installed from a previous service check engine light, After making them aware of it they set a appointment with a loaner car available and got to work to find the problem, a defective part that was replaced weeks earlier. Excellent Experience and Great Service I have had two Audi’s previously and it was time for me to get a new vehicle, as my lease was nearly up. I had a few different cars in mind, but after I have had two Audi’s previously and it was time for me to get a new vehicle, as my lease was nearly up. They were and have always been very helpful, knowledgeable, and dedicated to finding me a vehicle that met my needs (both in model and finances).
