I made an appointment and the repair was completed the same day. Communication is a bit difficult because their web site is not operating correctly to schedule appointments. It first didn’t work so I called to set up an appointment, then got an email saying I had canceled my appointment (I hadn’t) so I had to call and get it re-established. They did get me back in and got the repair done. They originally said it would take two hours but it took more like five hours. Not a big deal, really. The repair is done. Correctly. More
