Mixed opinions.. I walked in and sat politely on the chair thinking I had to wait for my exact appointment time, he saw me, never asked if I needed assistance.. and took other customers .. plus I was ch chair thinking I had to wait for my exact appointment time, he saw me, never asked if I needed assistance.. and took other customers .. plus I was charged for my tire rotation, which I bought a package when I bought the car (they should of known that) More
warranty Our 2011 Optima had engine problems which were covered under warranty.
