Charged for service that was not needed. Asked them to check for a noise coming from motor, they looked around the part that was making the noise to look at an internal motor part and charged me for it on check for a noise coming from motor, they looked around the part that was making the noise to look at an internal motor part and charged me for it only to change the part that they looked over to begin with. Service rep argued with me over warranty on parts. Was giving me a rough time with honoring the warranty. Couldn’t find keys at pick up. Service rep that had keys didn’t say a word to me other than “sign here”. Didn’t go over what work was done or explain charges. Scratched front lip on bumper. More
