Servie Mgr Rich was very helpful I BROUGHT MY VEHICLE IN FOR INSPECTION AND OTHER SERVICE TASKS///THE VEHICLE NEEDED A WINDSHIELD REPLACED BECAUSE OF DAMAGE TO THE GLASS..RICH EXPLAI I BROUGHT MY VEHICLE IN FOR INSPECTION AND OTHER SERVICE TASKS///THE VEHICLE NEEDED A WINDSHIELD REPLACED BECAUSE OF DAMAGE TO THE GLASS..RICH EXPLAINED THE PROBLEM AND MADE ARRANGEMENTS TO HAVE THE WINDSHIELD REPLACED THE NEXT DAY...WHEN I ARRIVED THE NEXT DAY WE TALKED AND HE OFFERED TO DRIVE ME FOR BREAKFAST IF NEEDED///VERY KIND GESTURE///ANYHOW I NEEDED TO WAIT ABOUT TWO HRS FOR MY VEHICLE TO HAVE THE GLASS REPLACED INSPECTION ETC....AND THE COST WAS LESS THAN I EXPECTED..THE GLASS ALONE WOULD HAVE COST BE ABOUT $175.OO MORE IF I HAD ONE OF OUR LOCAL GLASS DEALERES REPLACE IT...THANK YOU KIA/// More
