Bad experience Took vehicle in for a transmission problem, still not fixed! They drove van 50 miles in 6 days could not get to reproduce problem so they called for m Took vehicle in for a transmission problem, still not fixed! They drove van 50 miles in 6 days could not get to reproduce problem so they called for me to come pick it up. As I was driving home of course hardshift problem on interstate going about 55 and dropped to 40. Luckily no one was behind me or I would of been in an accident. That’s just a matter of time with this unsafe van. I’m not sure if this is a dealership problem or Chrysler problem or both. But a new van should not be doing a hard shift. Thus is very dangerous and no one seems to care!! More
