I called the dealership for an appointment and they could not schedule for three weeks. The diagnosis was a faulty cylinder ignition coil the bill was over $400.00. My salesman told me it was going to be covered under the bumper to bumper warranty but then later called to tell me that the mileage exceeded the warranty.I contend that if the appointment would have been scheduled sooner I would not have exceeded the mileage. I sent an email to my salesman asking if the dealership would work with me to reduce the repair cost but received no reply. More
