Schedule oil change with appointment for days! I had a scheduled appt and had to make arrangements due to work. My car was there all day and never touched my the service dept . When I told him I was there to pick up my truck his response was I can’t help you with that. Then he walked off finally a young lady came out of an office and offered to help me.
