Humm!! What was missing in htis First - Kyle - was excellent. Past on what he knew. After that can not say much. Brought car in for a B 1 Service (excellent car - no trouble). Tech said may want to change spark plugs, change transmission, brake fluid and other stuff - I said ok. Total - $2,000. Told them I would pick it up on Sat (have been travelling). Went to pick up and they were unaware that I was picking up but brought the car around. The car was dirty inside and out. As soon as I left - the idle was rough - felt like it would stall. I drove home thinking it may work it's way out. It did not. I called and Kyle said bring it back. Gave me a loaner car. He called and said they felt it was a bad spark that had been put in. I picked in up - car was clean. Immediately the idle was wrong. Took it back - this time they said it may be the fuel injector - $1800. I said I would take it back - do not fix. Took it to elsewhere and had it fixed for much less. Then I sold the car and bought a Lexus. --- What was missing!! Didn't anyone take the car for a spin to see if everything was working property? Apparently not!!!! More
