Issues were not resolved. First off, the courtesy van driver, Cecil, was awesome; very friendly. Jeremy, service manager was helpful and pleasant I drove 133 miles one way to Berglund for service and check engine light on my Evoque; mechanic said it was sensor causing check engine light - sensor replaced. I picked up vehicle, drove approximately 20 miles of my 133 mile trip home and check engine came back on. Attempted to call 4 times before I was able to speak to someone, was instructed to bring back. At this time, I was told it could be catalytic converter. This is exactly what the local Chevrolet service department I had taken it to for a quick diagnostic told me it was when the alarming check engine light first came on because I was at least 133 miles away from a Land Rover service dept.; I told service manager what the local service department's computer indicated when I called to schedule appointment, I am also now told this issue should be under warranty but of course, no one mentioned that at Berglund The most disheartening issue, the mechanic that serviced the car did not even reset the service indicator on my computer... I got in car next day and service required light was on, as was the check engine light!!!! I will not be back, I will travel back to Charleston, WV to the Land Rover dealership that we purchased car from for further service issues and when I purchase a new one. More
Extremly Expensive for Services Received The staff and time for the schedule work were great! The pricing for the services done were extreme to say the least. Changing oil, oil filter, air filters, fuel filters, topping off DEF and then doing a general inspection of parts for replacement is not worth the $875 dollars spent. I have since learned that all of these services can be provided by a certified facility much closer and for nearly half the price. I will not be retuning to the Berglund Service Department except for recalls, updates and warrant work. It has always been my idea that your sales staff sales the first one and then the service and service staff sold all the rest. Might want to reconsider the value of less technical service maintenance...Thank you... More

Less than forthcoming Bought a new Jaguar F-Type online. Drove 800+ miles to discover damage to the clear coat that had not been disclosed prior to sale. Vehicle had been wet sanded, buffed, and ceramic coated in an attempt to repair flaws. The hood and front fascia need to be repainted. Dealership has been less than responsive, apparently not sharing my urgency relative to any possible resolution. More

Great service - got me in when I wasn't on schedule eliminate the use of the 3rd party service that scheduled appointment and did not get word to Berglund.
