Jaguar Repair The start button on my 2015 Jaguar F type went bad while my wife was visiting Roanoke. Jeremy Curtis was very nice, professional, and helpful. My car The start button on my 2015 Jaguar F type went bad while my wife was visiting Roanoke. Jeremy Curtis was very nice, professional, and helpful. My car was repaired in the following day. We are very pleased. The only reason for the four star rating is that as a Jaguar owner I have always been provided a loaner car when my vehicle was serviced, however, I was told that loaners are only provided to owners who purchased the car at Berglund. This is my first experience where a loaner was not provided and left me with the feeling that I probably won’t purchase a car there in the future More

Patience and Kindness Tina was a huge help to us throughout our car buying process. We asked a lot of questions and took our time deciding and she remained patient and help Tina was a huge help to us throughout our car buying process. We asked a lot of questions and took our time deciding and she remained patient and helpful. Mark was also helpful when deciding on warranties and other "add-ons". I did feel slightly rushed through the end but I am glad that we wound up finishing the sale rather than extending it to the next day. I hope to drive this "new to me" car for years to come but when I am in the market again I will return to Berglund Luxury if I can work with people like Tina and Mark. More
