Not a true "Mercedes" experience This is now the fourth or fifth time we have had vehicles serviced at this dealership and have not had that service completed in a single visit. We ow This is now the fourth or fifth time we have had vehicles serviced at this dealership and have not had that service completed in a single visit. We own 2 MB vehicles that we service here. My wife's last service took 3 visits to get a "service light" issue corrected and we were without the vehicle for multiple days and over a weekend. My MB300 has been there twice now without the Navigation update being completed. And this time a user manual update was not completed. In my previous visit a "recall" issue could not be completed. And now I need to bring the car back again, for a full day, to have these software updates completed. We have had MB's for a decade in Houston, San Antonio and Dallas, and are used to a level of service consistent with the MB brand. I would compare this service department to a Chevy.
