Accomodating service Drove from West Virginia to Roanoke for "A" service on my GLC and wanted to take care of several other matters while in that city. Kyle set up an app Drove from West Virginia to Roanoke for "A" service on my GLC and wanted to take care of several other matters while in that city. Kyle set up an appointment on a date and at a time of convenience for all of these things and arranged for a loaner vehicle to get me around town while the vehicle was being serviced. Upon return to the dealership the vehicle was ready and washed. Although the computer system was down, Kyle worked out an alternative for settling up and I was on my way home with no lost time. Great customer service. Note: The service tech apparently switched the sound system from Sirius to an FM station; recommend that the system be returned to the setting that the vehicle arrived with.
