When I told him my keys were not working he offered suggestions for how I could troubleshoot the problem right over the phone. When I brought my car in for my 20,000 mile service, he explained what they were going to do and gave me an estimate for the cost. As he was completing the paperwork for my loaner car, we talked about what we liked about by car (QX-30) and given his personal experience with driving that type of car, I felt more comfortable knowing he had the background knowledge to get the job done.
