SERVICE IS MISSING IN ACTION I called March 3, 2020 @ about 3pm. I have yet to hear from anyone. I bought my Jaguar on 2/27/2020 and on March 3, the check engine light came on and I called March 3, 2020 @ about 3pm. I have yet to hear from anyone. I bought my Jaguar on 2/27/2020 and on March 3, the check engine light came on and the back tires are making a roaring noise, I looked at them and one of them has a flat spot on it so it needs to be replaced also that's why I had my wife to call the dealership and left a message with the service department. I have always had great experiences up till this point. So I am very disappointed right now. Ryan my salesman actually reached out to me but that's it. Ryan was amazing to work with. He was very knowledgeable and personable. Although I did find out later after purchasing the vehicle that the vehicle was in an accident. I do think that information should have been shared with my wife prior to the purchase because she is the one who initially found the vehicle and did all the leg work I just had to come sign the paperwork. More
