Great customer service, short wait. Test drove a few cars on the last day of the month, went back the next day to buy the car and even with a few people out and in meetings the process o Test drove a few cars on the last day of the month, went back the next day to buy the car and even with a few people out and in meetings the process only took a couple hours or so. When I got on the interstate the car vibrated a bit but they balanced the tires for free and it drove like new again. Michael was very kind and understanding of what I wanted, also gave me a free wash and full tank of gas. More

However, there were others in the waiting room quite upset that they too had been there for 2 1/2 hours for a simple oil change. I'm a very understanding person and I realize things happen that delay the completion of service. I'm sure it was no ones fault..... So many cars to work on and never knowing how much longer than expected something is going to take. I'm sure this happens frequently and don't know what the answer is - once the car is in the shop. But it's done thing for Berlin City to work on. Thank you for your service.......again, Ryan did his best to comfort/reassure those that were waiting. He us to be commended. More
