I like the people. They are nice but the service to my car was horrible. I made an appointment for my sticker and oil change, came back and made another appointment won They are nice but the service to my car was horrible. I made an appointment for my sticker and oil change, came back and made another appointment wondering why is my car shaking and making noise. On top of that I stalled in the middle of the road! After a few hours they called me and said that my oil is almost empty and dry. Then I asked them how would that happen if I just made an appointment not too long ago for sticker and oil changed. They didn’t say much and didn’t not made me pay for anything. Like I did not complain for free service I am asking because this is very concerning. They could have screwed up my engine. They could not explain to me at all why and how did that happen. More

I ordered a 2022 Rav 4 and was told it would arrive in 4 weeks. The dealership communication was perfect with current arrival updates and the vehicle arrived right on time! Let’s not forget the detailing, full tank of gas and the quality time spent at delivery proving they want a happy customer. It’s the 3rd Camry I’ve purchased, the dealership is great the salesman Brent set my phone to the car and that was it, I didn’t know how to set up car features and how they worked. I Drove almost 2hrs to buy a truck that I had my eyes set on I didn’t need a sales pitch because if everything panned out I was going to buy the truck. I told mark the sales man I had my own financing throug on I didn’t need a sales pitch because if everything panned out I was going to buy the truck. I told mark the sales man I had my own financing through a bank they use but he decided to do the loan application himself so the dealership can get a kickback which caused a big mess for me down the road. Then mark said the truck would be delivered to me which is nice because I lived far and it would be detailed and the tank would have a full tank of gas which when the truck arrived it had neither. There were stains in the back seat and I had a half tank of gas. Sometimes it’s more about core values that people value, honor and integrity means more to me and when you say one thing and do another it just leaves you with a nasty feeling about the company as a whole. I wish things could’ve went differently. More
