No hard selling, cross selling, up selling, pushing hard etc. He was very good at listening to my and my family's needs and our questions. He was super friendly with my daughters, both toddlers, making it a pleasant experience for all the family. He had a great knowledge of the car and what works for a family of four and discussed all alternatives. I worked with Ray Wolski when closing the purchase. When signing the papers, I'm used to a lot of high pressure tactics to sell many different warranties and other similar extras. While Ray gave a detailed explanation of the features of all the products, when I picked what I wanted, he was completely understanding and helpful. I had been dreading going to a dealership for a long time. This was a relief: a great car buying experience overall. I'd definitely go the next time. More
