Infiniti Q70L Kudos to Ken Zeller for a great job of maintaining contact with me regarding the vehicle I expressed interest in. He deserves 5 stars. Can't provide a rating of 5 stars overall due to: 1) An undisclosed crease/dent on top of the car near the moon roof. Also a door ding on the driver side. 2)The tire pressure was also low which I felt was poor. When I test drive a car, at the very least I expect properly inflated tires. Disappointed the sales manager wouldn't move $300 on the car price after pointing out the dents but the price was still in the ballpark, not to mention I drove over an hour to purchase the vehicle. They had an unbeatable price on a certified used JX35 so we drove up from Indianapolis and with his suggestion we got qualified for the car we were interested in before making the drive. We really liked the vehicle but found a couple of items that concerned us. Damage to a third row seat back but most concerning a chip in the windshield. When we pointed it out they agreed to take care of it. The problem was we live 3hrs away. They gave us a credit to get the repair done at a local Infiniti dealer near us. That didn't work out as planned and it was necessary to take the vehicle back to Chicago. It wound up taking two months from the day we bought the car to get everything taken care of but they stuck with it until we were completely satisfied. Every member of Berman's staff was wonderful to work with and did everything they said they would. I highly recommend giving Berman's a chance to earn your business if you're in the market for an Infiniti. More
