They Did It Again! I purchased my Infiniti QX30 slightly used from Berman a few months ago. I love the car and look for reasons to drive, even when I should be walking. Well I recently noticed a snafu in the programming of the Intellikey. I called Berman service. Nick scheduled an appointment within a day and they provided a loaner on the day of service. Hillary greeted me with a smile just like her voice is on the phone. Once service was completed Nick made sure that all was well with the new key. My car was fabulously cleaned and I was on my way. Seamless, professional service as usual!!! More
